Perfect oat cookies

Hello everyone! Who doesn't like cookies? ☺️ Especially, when they are crunchy and with chocolate! This is one of my favourite recipes and I swear you will love them! The tastiest, the crunchiest and the most delicious cookies in the world:) Now I'm writing a post for you and eating last two cookies for a tea, last two, because my family also love them! PS. You can replace some of the ingredients with others which fits to your diets. ♡  Yum yum! Which one do you prefer? With lavender flowers or with pink hydrangea? 🌼 Yummy! What you need: ♡75 g of  gluten-free low fiber oat flour* ♡50 g of white rice flour ♡ 40 g of sugar ♡one yolk ♡1 tbsp of dairy-free coconut yoghurt ♡a pinch of salt ♡1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon ♡50 g of lactose-free butter** ♡chocolate drops *low fiber equals sifted oat flour without bran ** replace with margarine if you can't eat butter What you need to d o: 1. Banana pancakes with tofu&chocolate

Hi my lovelies! Yesterday, I have made up with a recipe for delicious gluten-free pancakes! They contain banana, chocolate chips and tofu, sooo yummy! I have served them with carob molasses and more chocolate drops, hihi ☺️ Do you like tofu in sweet things? I usually don't like tofu but it is imperceptible in these pancakes! What you need: ♡3 tbsp of natural tofu ♡1 egg (yolk and white separately) ♡1 banana ♡a pinch of salt ♡3 heaped teaspoons of gluten-free universal flour (I've used Schar's universal mix) ♡2 tbsp of chocolate chips ♡butter to fry ♡a half of teaspoon of baking powder What you need to do: 1. Blend tofu, banana and yolk to a smooth mass. Add the flour, baking flour; mix gently. 2. Beat the whites with a pinch of salt. 3. Add the whites to our mass and stir gently. 4. Easy peasy Mac&Cheese (dairy-free!)

Hi everyone! Today I'm going to show you a recipe for easy peasy dairy free mac&cheese! Gluten free, lactose-free, dairy free, eggs free, vegan, PKU and HCU friendly and absolutely delicious! It's also very high in calories and perfect for malnourished folks! I hope you will try the recipe☺️ What you need: ♡your favourite gluten-free/low protein pasta ♡2 handfuls of Violife's shredded mozarella  ♡half a package of gluten-free rice based bechamel sauce (I've used Amandin's Organic Rice Bechamel) ♡salt, pepper & powdered nutmeg What you need to do: 1. Cook your pasta.♡ 2. Put the bechamel sauce into a little pot and heat it. Add mozarella, salt, pepper and nutmeg powder. Stir until the cheese melts.♡ 3. Add cooked pasta and mix everything thoroughly.♡ 4. Your mac&cheese is ready!♡

Potato and tofu dumplings

Hi everyone! How are you? I hope you are well! Today I want to share with you a really tasty idea for lunch or dinner. Dumplings! When I was smaller, I've loved my Grandma's dumplings made with potatoes, white cottage cheese and thin wheat dough. I remember their splendid taste but now I'm not able to eat them because of my gut disease. I've developed a recipe for delicious dumplings that don't contain  dairy, eggs and gluten, and, by the way, are allowed in an easily digestible diet. Easy carrot cake

Hi there! I know that we have summer, but who won't enjoy a little piece of delicious and fluffy cake? Especially when it is gluten-free, dairy-free and low FODMAP! :-) And it's made with veggies! You can replace some of the ingredients (like egg and flour) if you can eat only low protein cakes. I've added replacers for PKUers and vegans (*) so you can easily make this cake even with dietary restrictions! I made this cake yesterday for my Grandma because today is her name day! MAG's oat cookies with coconut

Hello! Do you like coconut? I'm not a big fan of it, but that cookies are amazing! Crunchy outside, soft inside, they taste pretty like digestives! My Mum have made them for me and I'm very happy to share the recipe with you:-) The original recipe is from  Mama Alergika Gotuje . I love MAG's blog and it's perfect for people with allergies or food intolerance! I hope you don't have any exacerbation and you can expand your diet. ☺️  Today I'm going to show you a really easy recipe for chocolate muffins with cherry jam. Alina-PKU's cinnamon rolls

Hi there! Yesterday, I tried to make cinnamon rolls from the recipe which I had found on Instagram account alina_pku! Alina's version is PKU friendly and low protein. I have changed some of the ingredients and made higher in Phe but still delicious cakes. Alina's recipe is made with 800 g of flour but I divided this amount by 4. What you need: 200 g Schar gluten-free flour Mix B* 18,5 g vanilla pudding in powder 4 g dry yeast 17,5 g white sugar 30 g butter* 25 ml water 1 tiny egg* 125 ml soy/rice milk* 50 g  butter 75 g white sugar* 1,25 teaspoon of cinnamon *Alina used low protein flour, margarine, egg replacer, oat milk and brown sugar.   What you need to do: 1. Cook milk. Meanwhile, mix pudding powder with water. Add the mixture to the cooking milk. Stir until you get the consistency of pudding.♡ 2. Add butter, sugar and beaten egg to the pudding. Fluffy American pancakes

Hello everyone! Who doesn't love fluffy pancakes? Today's recipe is from my Mum! If you're a pancakes fan, you would love it! What you need: (Per 10-12 pancakes) ♡ 3 tbs gluten-free flour (I used Schar's Mix C Patissiere) ♡one small egg (white and yolk) ♡ a pinch of salt ♡ 1/2 bottle of your supplement (my Mum used neutral nutridrink) ♡ 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder ♡ 1 tbs of  butter/margarine ♡ to be served: fruit jam/chocolate sauce/fresh fruit/honey/maple syrup :-) What you need to do: 1. Melt the butter and  cool it a little bit.♡ 2. Separate the white from the yolk. Put the white into a bowl, add salt and whip to stiff foam.♡ 3. Mix the yolk with the flour and add the supplement. Add melted butter.♡ 4. Add the foam to the yolk, butter, flour&supplement mixture and mix gently.♡ 5. Melt some butter in the pan and form little round pancakes. Low protein vanilla rice pudding

Hi everyone! Today I want to share with you a recipe for a low protein 'milky' rice pudding. You need only a few ingredients to make a really delishious meal! When I do it for myself,  I use  normal rice because I'm not a PKUer but I just want to show you that if you are PKU, you deserve to eat nutritious and yummy food! PS. I'm using organic rice milk with vanilla flavour which I've bought in Rossmann. My milk has got 0,2 g protein per 100 ml and it means 10 mg Phe per 10 ml. You can also use ProZero, Lattis from Mevalia, Harifen or Loprofin milky drinks - whatever you want and what is suitable in your diet. What you need: ♡ cooked low protein rice ♡ 2/3 cup of low protein milk ♡ a pinch of salt ♡ something sweet (sugar, honey, maple syrup etc.) ♡ 1 crested spoon of vanilla pudding in powder ♡ butter* *replace with margarine/coconut oil in vegan version To choose: ♡ low protein chocolate ♡ normal chocolate ♡ fruit puree ♡ cherry/strawberry jam ♡ cinnamon ♡roasted a

Hello everyone!☺️ Today I'm sharing with you a recipe for gluten free and dairy free pizza! I've used Schar Gluten Free Pizza Base but you can use any pizza base (low protein one from Mevalia also will be great). Let's make pizza! ☺️ What you need: ♡gf pizza base/lp pizza base ♡vegan cheese - use the well melting cheese like Violife Mozarella for pizza or Applewood smoked cheese - as you can see my cheese didn't melt well (I've bought it in a popular supermarket) ♡ tomato puree ♡ dry herbs - I like oregano, basil and thyme:) ♡ toppings - lean turkey/chicken ham, vegan meat, lp meat substitute, corn, pepper, tuna, olives, onion - whatever you like! ♡ a little bit of oil or olive oil to sprinkle (it helps the cheese melt!) What you need to do: 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C or 356 degrees F. 2. Spread the tomato sauce on the pizza base. Sprinkle dry herbs. 3. Sprinkle the 1/3 of cheese and put your toppings. 4. PKU friendly strawberry rice

Hello! Today I'm sharing with you two recipes in one: for PKUers and for people who must eat a lot of protein. I promise each version is very tasty! If you like strawberries and rice, my recipe is perPHEct for️ you!☺️ What you need: ♡PKU rice/normal rice ♡strawberries ♡neutral/vanilla/strawberry taste liquid supplement (I usually use nutridrink in high protein version ) ♡sugar to taste What you need to do: 1.Cook your rice in boiled and salted water.♡ 2. Add your supplement into your rice and mix thoroughly.♡ 3. In another bowl smash strawberries with some sugar. Add your strawberry puree into pan with  rice.♡ 4. Mix everything gently.♡ 6. Your strawberry rice is ready to eat!☺️ PS. Yummy cereals with nutritional drink

Hello! How are you? I hope you are well!♡ Today I'm going to show you a recipe for gluten free cereals with nutritional drink. I know that some of us must use protein supplements and that they aren't really tasty. I usually eat my supplement with cereals and it tastes great so I decided to share my idea with you! ☺️ What you need: ♡ your supplement (I use neutral taste, you can use your PKU formula) ♡hot water ♡cereals (I use gluten free corn flakes but you can use low protein flakes) ♡if you like - chocolate drops (or low protein chocolate) What you have to do: 1. Mix your supplement with hot water. 2. Add your cereals.  3. Mix it! 4. Sprinkle chocolate drops. 5. Mix it &  enjoy!
