Yummy cereals with nutritional drink

Hello! How are you? I hope you are well!♡ Today I'm going to show you a recipe for gluten free cereals with nutritional drink. I know that some of us must use protein supplements and that they aren't really tasty. I usually eat my supplement with cereals and it tastes great so I decided to share my idea with you! ☺️

What you need:
♡ your supplement (I use neutral taste, you can use your PKU formula)
♡hot water
♡cereals (I use gluten free corn flakes but you can use low protein flakes)
♡if you like - chocolate drops (or low protein chocolate)

What you have to do:
1. Mix your supplement with hot water.
2. Add your cereals.
3. Mix it!
4. Sprinkle chocolate drops.
5. Mix it & enjoy!

I assure you that my supplement tastes like hot chocolate in this case!♡

Have you got any ideas how to eat your supplement in a little bit tastier form? Share in comments!

It's also really spicy and hot, so I  m u s t  n o t  eat it on my diet:) For those of you who don't mind hot spices or love spicy food, Indian cuisine is a good choice. This recipe is inspired by an Indian dish called 'pakora', but I've used bananas instead of veggies, replaced chickpea flour with gluten free mix and I've fried them on dry pancake pan instead of frying in deep oil.   Coconut milk batter, banana and chocolate are su...
