Hi everyone!
Today I'm going to show you a recipe for easy peasy dairy free mac&cheese! Gluten free, lactose-free, dairy free, eggs free, vegan, PKU and HCU friendly and absolutely delicious! It's also very high in calories and perfect for malnourished folks! I hope you will try the recipe☺️
What you need:
♡your favourite gluten-free/low protein pasta
♡2 handfuls of Violife's shredded mozarella
♡half a package of gluten-free rice based bechamel sauce (I've used Amandin's Organic Rice Bechamel)
♡salt, pepper & powdered nutmeg
What you need to do:
1. Cook your pasta.♡
2. Put the bechamel sauce into a little pot and heat it. Add mozarella, salt, pepper and nutmeg powder. Stir until the cheese melts.♡
3. Add cooked pasta and mix everything thoroughly.♡
4. Your mac&cheese is ready!♡
