Banana pancakes with tofu&chocolate

Hi my lovelies!
Yesterday, I have made up with a recipe for delicious gluten-free pancakes! They contain banana, chocolate chips and tofu, sooo yummy! I have served them with carob molasses and more chocolate drops, hihi ☺️

Do you like tofu in sweet things? I usually don't like tofu but it is imperceptible in these pancakes!

What you need:

♡3 tbsp of natural tofu
♡1 egg (yolk and white separately)
♡1 banana
♡a pinch of salt
♡3 heaped teaspoons of gluten-free universal flour (I've used Schar's universal mix)
♡2 tbsp of chocolate chips
♡butter to fry
♡a half of teaspoon of baking powder

What you need to do:

1. Blend tofu, banana and yolk to a smooth mass. Add the flour, baking flour; mix gently.
2. Beat the whites with a pinch of salt.
3. Add the whites to our mass and stir gently.
4. Melt a little bit of butter on a pan and form little pancakes. Fry until the pancakes become golden. Pancakes are a little bit moist inside but it's because of tofu and banana. They taste like a cheesecake!☺
5. Serve with carob moilasse, jam or chocolate. Enjoy! ☺
