Low protein vanilla rice pudding

Hi everyone! Today I want to share with you a recipe for a low protein 'milky' rice pudding. You need only a few ingredients to make a really delishious meal! When I do it for myself,  I use  normal rice because I'm not a PKUer but I just want to show you that if you are PKU, you deserve to eat nutritious and yummy food! PS. I'm using organic rice milk with vanilla flavour which I've bought in Rossmann. My milk has got 0,2 g protein per 100 ml and it means 10 mg Phe per 10 ml. You can also use ProZero, Lattis from Mevalia, Harifen or Loprofin milky drinks - whatever you want and what is suitable in your diet. What you need: ♡ cooked low protein rice ♡ 2/3 cup of low protein milk ♡ a pinch of salt ♡ something sweet (sugar, honey, maple syrup etc.) ♡ 1 crested spoon of vanilla pudding in powder ♡ butter* *replace with margarine/coconut oil in vegan version To choose: ♡ low protein chocolate ♡ normal chocolate ♡ fruit puree ♡ cherry/strawberry jam ♡ cinnamon ♡roasted a...
