Roasted apples with cinnamon

Hi everyone! What is your favourite fruit? Mine is definitely banana, berries and roasted apples!  Yesterday my grandpa gave us a lot of small apples from his and granny's garden. They are quite sour, but they are so aromatic! So, I created a really delicious thing - roasted apples with cinnamon and brown sugar☺Perfect for apple pie, toasts, sandwiches, pancakes and rice. I love the spicy scent of cinnamon and warmth of baked apples with wrinkled skin! My granny also loves apples☺She usually streaks the apples, mix with cinnamon, lemon juice and sugar and make a really yummy jam, perfect for her signature apple pie! Granny makes the apple pie using wheat flour, but she and I are thinking about making a gluten free version, so stay tuned☺ Today my auntie has brought us a freshly baked apple pie from my granny. What a pity I can't eat it. But I'm happy my mum, dad and brother can enjoy it! I can eat only processed apples. Raw ones are very harmful for my bowel. I hope you can

Today I'm going to show you a recipe for spaghetti with turkey ham, tomato sauce and Violife's Parmesan! The oldest pasta was found in China, it was 20 inches long and it was 4000 years old!  The most popular pasta is of course wheat one, made from wheat flour, water, salt and, in some types, eggs. But people with dietary restrictions also can enjoy it! Now we can buy gluten free and low protein pasta in different shapes.  I've also tried low protein pasta in star shape and PKU rice from Aproten, which actually tastes like pasta too, and I really enjoyed it! ☺ M
