Rosemary pollock with Parmesan mashed potatoes

It's also really spicy and hot, so I  m u s t  n o t  eat it on my diet:) For those of you who don't mind hot spices or love spicy food, Indian cuisine is a good choice. What's your favorite Indian dish? Maybe dahl,  veggie korma, curry, flat breads called 'naans', papadams or samosas? Mine are definitely bananas in coconut batter, but in tummy friendly version without frying in deep oil! Did you know that Indians love very sweet desserts?
