Easy-peasy spaghetti recipe

Hi everyone!☺

Who doesn't like pasta? I don't know any person who doesn't like it! I have to admit that pasta is such a versatile and delicious thing. Good pasta needs just a simply additives, like fresh tomatoes, cheese, basil, fish, meat, tofu, lentils, fruits and favourite veggies!

Today I'm going to show you a recipe for spaghetti with turkey ham, tomato sauce and Violife's Parmesan! You can skip meat in this dish and make a low protein version☺

Did you know that on the world is over 300 types of pasta? The oldest pasta was found in China, it was 20 inches long and it was 4000 years old!

The most popular pasta is of course wheat one, made from wheat flour, water, salt and, in some types, eggs. But people with dietary restrictions also can enjoy it! Now we can buy gluten free and low protein pasta in different shapes.

I've also tried low protein pasta in star shape and PKU rice from Aproten, which actually tastes like pasta too, and I really enjoyed it! ☺

My favourite pasta is the number shaped, annelini,  star shaped and  rice macaroni. What's your favorite pasta?☺

What you need:

Banana chunks in coconut batter with chocolate sauce

Hi everyone! Do you like Indian food? Indian food is very aromatic, rich in colours and includes a lot of healthy veggies, which makes it perfect for PKUers! It's also really spicy and hot, so I  m u s t  n o t  eat it on my diet:) For those of you who don't mind hot spices or love spicy food, Indian cuisine is a good choice.
