Easily digestible carrot soup

Hi everyone!

If you have colitis ulcerosa or Crohn's disease, you probably know what   e x a c e r b a t i o n   means... When mu bowels are in very bad condition, I usually eat kissels, biscuits, nutritional liquids and carrot soup.

Of course recipes for delicious biscuits/sponge cookies will appear on my blog soon!

My carrot soup is very easy to digest and helps to stop diarrhea. It's also very delicate for stomach and prevents dehydration, which often accompanies  the diarrhea.

What do you usually eat in exacerbation? Share in comments if you want!
